HP Printer 9025
macOS 10.15 Catalina

The printer gives the error message OUTPUT BIN FULL after only 1 page has printed, at which point it won't print any more until the single page is removed from the output tray.  I tried all the suggestions made by the HP agent who responded to other similar postings about this problem and none of them worked.  I then called HP tech support and was on the phone with the very nice agent for over an hour; she walked me through factory reset, other steps, etc etc  and NOTHING worked.  The printer is only a little over a year old and has been doing this for a month or more.  Surely there's a way to solve this for me and the others who are having the same problem.   Or do I have to buy a new printer when this one is only a year old?

I'm not sure if you actually read my whole pos-- I DID contact HP support and the very nice agent said she'd never heard of this problem, walked me through doing the factory settings reset etc, and nothing worked.   She was very apologetic but had no other suggestions.   Do you have any other ideas?  Where is the sensor on this machine?  She had no idea.
