I've been through the online guides in an attempt to fix the issue, but to no avail.  The printer is still showing there is a jam, but there are no paper jams or other obstructions.  I have only had the printer a few weeks and done very little printing.  The insides of the printer are still nice and clean.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
