Product: HP PageWide 377dw Multifunction Printer

Hello our printer is constantly having error OX610000d3, it shows as error message advising to turn the printer off and then on. If it continues to contact HP.

 

We have been having this error message appearing for the last few weeks and whilst turning it on and off worked, this isnt now so would like some assistance please
