Error message: supply problem. However, toner cartridges have been recently changed. HP help program returns diagnosis that cartridge is empty, cartridge memory is damaged or no communication with cartridge (sensor?). Indication for all colour cartridges.

@Mats61, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
