Hi. My Envy printer screen is blue and showing the error message 6201922A with a power button icon. The other icons are blinking and I cannot print. Does anyone know what this is? Also, how do I contact HP about it? I cannot find a phone number or email address and the virtual assistant did not help. Thank you .

Hi @Barb190
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error message 6201922A on your HP Envy printer, along with the blue screen and blinking icons, typically indicates a firmware issue or a hardware malfunction. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
2. Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions that may be causing the error.
3. Reset to Factory Defaults:
- If possible, try resetting the printer to factory settings. This option may be available in the printer menu, but if the screen is unresponsive, you may not be able to access it.
4. Check for Firmware Updates:
- If you can access the printer’s settings later, check for any firmware updates using the HP Smart app or the HP website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
