@AngelesSoler, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
The error code 76.0022 on your HP LaserJet M110w printer is likely related to a critical error that the system is experiencing. Unfortunately, specific error code documentation for the M110w was not provided in the extracted document context. Here are general steps you can take to troubleshoot this error:
Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, wait a few moments, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes resolve transient errors.
Check Connections: Ensure all cables, including power cables and network connections, are secure. Confirm that your Wi-Fi connection is stable and check if the printer is properly connected to the network.
Update Drivers and Firmware: Make sure the printer drivers on your computer and the printer’s firmware are up to date. You can check for updates on the HP support website.
Inspect the Toner Cartridge: Remove and reinstall the toner cartridge to ensure it is seated properly. Sometimes installation errors can lead to printer malfunctions.
Clear Print Queue: Sometimes a problematic print job can hang and prevent the printer from entering a ready state. Check and clear any queued print jobs on your computer.
Factory Reset: If the problem persists, perform a factory reset from the printer's settings menu. This will restore the printer to its default settings, potentially resolving configuration issues.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
