Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. Suddenly getting this error from one PC when only printing PDF.   Other PC prints PDF not problem to the printer.  Also can print word and from other programs.   Tried usual fixes, checking upgrades and HP doctor.   Help 

Error as follows:

C:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe   

Function address 0x0000000180064AFC caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005) 

Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed

Printer is a HP laser Jet P1102

Can you print items that are not PDFs? If yes then likely the file is corrupt or your program is corrupt.

Hi 

Thanks for responding.   Can print other document types and from other programs no problem as long as it is not .PDF  And it doesn't matter whether the PDF was from mail or a file (tried a few different ones to see)  It just seems to get to the printer, appears in the printer queu but then comes up with the error.   I've tried google for suggestions fixing the rundll32.exe file - it said fixed found and fixed an error.  But still occurring.   Tried the rebooting PC, printer and uninstall/ install of Adobe reader incase that was corupted.   Even compared the settings with the other PC that can print PDFs.   

Now at a loss.

Discovered solution - Windows 10 latest update done on this PC.  Downloaded new HP drivers for this Printer and it worked!
