My HP TANGO is installed as a hot-spot printer and works well with my Windows 7 Dell laptop and Apple iPad. But, although it is defined as a printer on my Windows 10 Dell Precision M2800 laptop, the system notifies me that printing failed saying Error printing from HP TANGO.
My attempts to print a text file of fewer than 300 bytes results in a queued print job of over 30,000 bytes as reported in properties on the print queue.
Dell's driver manager reports all drivers up to date.
Looking for a recommended solution.

@NBMURRAY, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are not able to print from your Win 10 PC. A Hotspot connection is not recommended. It may or may not work.
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
Are you using the HP Smart app to print?
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
If the issue persists, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Open File > Print.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
