HP Officejet Pro 8600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Again and again, I get this message: "Printer Error: Problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off and then on again."

However, after doing so nothing happens. It continues to show the same message.

Users with the same problem have done all the routines too, including install and uninstall.

It would be very, very nice if someone could take care of this apparently not quite rare problem and finally post the responsible solution.

By the way, I printed out one page this morning. Later, when I wanted to print another page, then this message showed up.

And nothing works.

Is HP loosing a customer or is there a known solution?

Doesn't anyone know any advice about this standard message?

It does not seem possible that just no one can say anything about it?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
