Hi,

 

I have a Error s6-3113 on my color laserjet mfp 178nw, how can i fix this? I can't connect anymore to my network

 

S6-3113 A network PHY chip has failed. It requires to call for service to change it. Network services are stopping. Other machine services except network services may be currently available.
