I started having several paper jams but was able to clear the jammed paper. Now I have a constant Error Code: 13.09.14 but I am unable to find any jammed paper. I've opened the back, removed the Tray 2, pressed the little green button to open the feed tray and turned the printer on it's side. The error code will not clear even after restarting the printer.

I've searched other help topics but haven't found a solution to my issue. Is there some way to reset a sensor or something? Right now the printer is inoperable.

I suggest you try flossing the adf path. take a piece of cardstock or mylar about 1 inch wide and force it through the paper path in the normal direction of travel. Repeat until you have moved across the entire path and see if any debris is pushed out and normal operation restored.
