Every light on the menu is blinking except wifi. HP Smart Tank 5101

This is the second HP Smart Tank 5101 I have bought in a month, and I am very frustrated with both of the products.  The first printer would not feed paper but maybe every 12th try to print.  This second printer, when it prints, works great.  Walk away from it, come back the next day to print, its offline.  You cycle power, and either every light on the menu is blinking except Wi-Fi or its ready to print but tells you its offline when in fact, it isn't.  I have always been a fan of HP but after these two printers, I am not so much impressed with the products HP is producing.  Make this right or fix the one I have because if not, I will never buy an HP product again.  I have a business to run and HP is slowing me down.
