Hi @Ellen136 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the error lights on an HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer are blinking simultaneously, it usually indicates a serious issue that needs attention. Here are a few steps to try and resolve this:
Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams inside the printer. Open the paper tray and any other access panels to check for and clear any jammed paper.
Check Ink Cartridges: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed. Remove and reinstall the cartridges to ensure they are seated correctly.
Power Cycle the Printer: Unplug the printer from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Reset the Printer:
- With the printer on, press and hold the "Cancel" and "Wireless" buttons simultaneously for about 15 seconds until the lights blink.
- Release the buttons and wait for the printer to restart.
Inspect for Hardware Issues: Look for any obvious signs of damage or misalignment in the printer’s hardware components.
Update Firmware: If possible, check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model and install them. Update the firmware on an HP printer

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
