Hello,

 

Every time I print on the MFP M283fdw got error load tray 1 plain letter, even my request for the job is paper size A4, and the printer has on try2 the right paper size A4, I tried to request a specific tray 2 as the paper input, but still received the error like load tray2, plain letter.

 

This error makes me crazy, please help
