Hello,
The issue you are addressing seems to be with ACER laptop or Microsoft.
This forums is for HP Products ( printers and Computers )

Hello jabzi, thanks for the fast reply. The problem happend when scanning with the HP-officejet pro 6970 and saving as jepg.
I dont know why, but it works again without any activity of mine. Maybe the automatic Windows updating?
