ERROR "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved."
After 5 hours of fighting this, changing my HP+ account billing method, unstalling the driver, the HP app, trying to print without internet(it will not let you), changing my plan to the next level, changing ports and looking for hours on the internet for a solution I FINALLY got it to print 1 hour before customer would be here to pick up project I had to print!
SOLUTION:
Go to SUPPORTHP.com
Click PRODUCTS, PRINTER SUPPORT
Scroll down to "Identify your printer and type 9010
Click the "+" sign next to HP PRINTERS
Choose HP OFFCEJECT PRO 9010e ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER
Click PRINTER OFFLINE MESSAGE
The PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR will download
Run it, it takes a bit but it worked.
Print TEST PAGE
I did this after 5 hours of trying everything other than calling HP Support as it was between 10pm-3am. I went to bed and in the am I called customer support, thinking this would not fix it. I hit Print test page and it WORKED!!!!
