I have an Ink tank 319 and am facing a weird issue with it. It takes around 20-25 minutes to print one page (black and white) and shakes vigorously while doing so but takes just a few seconds to print a colored page and making a copy of anything(xerox). The printer does everything well except printing black and white pages. This problem is also not consistent. It takes a lot of time one day but works fine another day. I have checked the cartridges, reinstalled software and drivers, tried contacting hp customer care (they never respond). I am not able to understand what's the root cause of this problem. Could someone please help me with this?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow steps from the link: Click here
Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Ink Tank entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
To reinstall, click here.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
