My printer has been stuck with an endless Paper Jam error that I have days on checking everywhere for a paper jam nowhere to be found. There had previously been a paper jam I cleared out, but the printer refuses to clear the paper jam error.
Furthermore, I am unable to reset the printer because I've lost the administrative password/passcode.
How can I reset the administrative password? Also, the firmware date code of the printer is 20150212.
Please help. I've tried some of the other factory default reset steps in other posts but none seem to work so far.

Sandy,
Thank you. That took care of resetting my printer to factory default settings. Very pleased!
However, I am still receiving the same error message about a paper jam in the rear bin. However, I have carefully checked and rechecked over a dozen times every part I can access via the open rear bin, as well as the front bin and paper trays, and have gone so far as to remove all the toner cartridges and have not found any trace of any paper, or any other object for that matter that could be causing any sort of a "paper jam".
I am unable to use my printer with that error message popping up every few seconds and not allowing me to print at all. Any other recommendations? No way to reset the error or run some diagnostic to help validate no jam and clear the error message?
