I cannot factory reset my printer. Everything says the printer is "locked by the person who setup the printer" and I never locked it. I can't change the wifi, install ink, or print anything.

Access the Embedded Web Server:
- Open a web browser on your computer and type the printer’s IP address in the address bar, then press Enter.
Log In:
- If prompted, log in with the administrator credentials (default is often left blank).
Reset Factory Settings:
- Navigate to the Settings or System tab.
- Look for an option related to Restore Factory Settings or Restore Defaults.
- Follow the prompts to reset the printer to its factory settings.
