Printer will not recognize cartridge, after I tried some steps of resetting memory like changing cartridges it does print a test page without the black ink flowing out. I cleaned and plug everything and power on the system it boots but get stock again with not recognizing the yellow ink cartridge, till date I'm frustrated about the situation. I need to help on factory resetting the printer. Can you please guide me through?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Resetting the printer will not help in an ink cartridge issue.
What is the exact error message you get?
