How can i do a Factory Reset?

I've lost the EWS password and i cannot connect to the printer. I've try with usb cable and with soft reset but i haven't solved.

How can i do an hard reset?

I am the same user Luca7 (Factory reset deskjet 3639 - HP Support Community - 6947025) that you have already sent the procedure but i cannot login moreover (i have the same mail but does not arrive the reset password mail, already checked in spam)

Can you post or resend me in PM, i remember an operation with power cord and other steps,

Here are the steps to factory reset a HP DeskJet 3639 printer: Turn on the printer by pressing the Power button. Wait until the printer is idle and silent. Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time for three seconds. The Attention light will start blinking. Once it starts blinking, release the buttons. Wait for the printer to finish the reset process. This may take a few minutes. Once the reset process is complete, the printer will automatically turn off and then turn back on. Wait for the printer to finish starting up. The printer should now be reset to its factory settings.

Hi, 

i've done that but it has resetted only the network settings.

The EWS ask always the password.
