HP 309g

HP C309g printer ...The black is printing very clearly but very faded..Have Changed cartridge. The other colors are just fine .  Printed reports and ran all the diagnostics, cleaning and alignments to no avail..??

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips. Thank you for posting your query. I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂 

 

To fix the print quality issue, make sure that the cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly. Clean and align the printhead again.

Try all the steps suggested in the following document: Click here

NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, you might need to clean the printhead several times to restore normal print quality.

 

If you have already tried all the steps and issue persists, please fix it locally or contact our phone support regarding upgrade options.
Click on this link – http://www.hp.com/contacthp/  

Select the product type. 

Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option. 

Select the country from the drop-down. 

You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
