Printer won't print – it shows paper jam when there isn't one, then says there's a problem with the ink cartridges, then I turn it off with button, despite warning. After rebooting, it asks to print a test page, which looks great, then it will print pages, which also look great. This lasts for a few hours, then problem repeats. The most recent hang actually caused the printer to freeze; I unplugged it and was able to restore operation as described above.
This has been a fantastic, dependable printer and I'm reluctant to part with it! Thanks for any help you can offer.

I understand that you are getting a paper jam error, I am glad to assist you.
If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
