I just ordered an HP 910 magenta ink cartridge from HP directly. I know it will arrive soon, but what happens if that cartridge does not work where can I return it and when can I get one that will work in my printer?

When are we going to be able to obtain properly manufactured 910 print cartages?  Or, when can we get a refund for the  HP printers we purchased which require these cartridges to be fully useful, as well as refunds for the910 cartridges we purchased that do not work properly ?
