Hi All, hopefully someone can help!
I am getting an error message that keeps telling me to remove and replace a colour cartridge that I recently installed. I have done this several times and it has not cleared the error. I have tried EVERY suggestion that the bot has given me. I am now in to my 2nd hour on WhatsApp waiting for some support. I just need a replacement cartridge and CANNOT contact anyone to make this happen.
If someone knows a way then PLEASE let me know. Many thanks

Thanks for the answer but yes it's HP I am signed up for Instant Ink at was sent the cartridge ages ago. I was prompted a couple of weeks ago to install it. It's only today the issue has arisen. My feeling is the cartridge is"old"

I have been on this most of the afternoon. I have done ALL the troubleshooting. I am currently on a a WhatsApp conversation with HP after waiting over an hour. The conversation is SO slow as to be almost pointless. All I want is a new cartridge!!!!!!!
