HP OfficeJet Pro 8620

I need the fix for being locked out by the administrator (The feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer).

 

I am the administrator and have no idea how this was locked.  I can't even find a place to go in and put in a password.  Resetting to factory settings from the printer is not an option (greyed out).
