Hallo liebes HP-Support-Team,
ich habe seit längerem bei meinem Drucker (HP Laser MFP 135 a, PC Betriebssystem Microsoft Windows 10) die Meldung "Wait Image" in dem Druckerdisplay stehen.
Die ersten Male konnte ich das Problem beheben, indem mich das Stromkabel für 30 Sekunden herausgezogen habe. Doch jetzt funktioniert das auch nicht mehr, daher bitte ich Sie um Ihre Hilfe, wie ich das Problem beheben kann.
