Hi @Ficklefinger2 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to find advanced settings, print quality settings, and access the print quality toolbox to clean the print heads on your HP Envy 6432e printer using HP Smart on Windows 11, follow these steps:

  • Open HP Smart App: Launch the HP Smart app on your Windows 11 computer. You can find it in your list of installed applications or by searching for "HP Smart" in the search bar.
  • Select Your Printer: Make sure your HP Envy 6432e printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Windows 11 computer. Once connected, the printer should appear in the HP Smart app. Select your printer from the list of available devices.
  • Access Printer Settings: Look for an option or menu labeled "Printer Settings," "Settings," or a gear icon. Click on it to access the printer settings.
  • Navigate to Advanced Settings: Within the printer settings menu, there should be an option to access advanced settings. Click on it to reveal more options.
  • Print Quality Settings: Once you're in the advanced settings, there should be a section dedicated to print quality settings. Here, you can adjust various parameters such as print quality, paper type, and color settings.
  • Print Quality Toolbox: Within the print quality settings or advanced settings, you should find an option for the print quality toolbox or maintenance tasks. Click on it to access tools such as print head cleaning.
  • Clean Print Heads: Within the print quality toolbox, locate the option to clean the print heads. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the print head cleaning process.
  • Follow On-Screen Prompts: During the print head cleaning process, the HP Smart app will provide instructions and guidance on what to do next. Follow these prompts carefully to ensure proper cleaning of the print heads.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
