MacOS: Sequoia 15.5
I've watched the video about how to hard reset by turning off the printer then touching the LED screen upon reboot. Implemented this several times, unable to print. I've restored to factory defaults, unable to print. It's plugged into the wall, the power was already turned off/wait time spent, etc. I've read and followed the basic post about how to reboot a printer, this does not result in a successful print job. All firmware updates have been installed. I need to print asap for my business. Help!

@itsaboutyou, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
We see that you are getting 79 Service Error on your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw printer, please follow these steps,
>Turn the printer power off, wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn the power on and wait for it to initialize.
>If you are using a surge protector, remove it and plug the printer directly into the wall socket. Turn the printer power on.
>If the message persists, disconnect any network or USB cables and power cycle. If the printer returns to Ready, check the firmware version and update if a newer version is available.
For instructions on updating the firmware, follow this link - HP LaserJet Pro - Update the printer firmware | HP® Support
>If the error is intermittent, attempt to isolate the issue to something specific in your environment.
>Delete all print jobs from all computers connected to the printer and send a simple test print job.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
