Flashing E and all lights flashing on printer.

Flashing E with exclamation point on display and all lights flashing simultaneously. Printer will not reset when holding power button and will not appear in HP print doctor when connected to computer with printer cable.

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer control panel is flashing E.

Try the below suggestions -

Reset the product

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
6. Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Also, refer to -HP DeskJet 3630, 4720 Printers - Blinking Lights

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
