Product: Deskjet 2620

I got new interent installed, i've connected the printer to the new wifi and as far as it and my computer is concerned it is connected and ready to print. However the information light is flashing as well as the instant ink envelope. When I print an information page it says that the printer isn't enrolled with instant ink but when i go on to my account it says that it is enrolled (which it is because i've just put new cartridges in from instant ink) and it also says my printer is offline and it can't find it. 

 

I have tried all the suggestions on troubleshoot, i've turned everything off and rebooted it numerous times but i'm geting knowhere, Please help
