Hi All

Printer will not print - Flashing (red) information button and in the small display window the envelope with a small droplet is also flashing.

Yes! the printer is connected to the internet.

I've got to the point that I've tried everything and now looking to purchase a new printer if I cant fix it.

Hello, I'm experiencing the identical problem. I've attempted every possible solution, including unplugging the printer and leaving it for some time. However, upon turning it back on, the information button continues to flash red, and the small display window shows a flashing envelope with a small droplet. Unfortunately, I'm unable to reset the printer, and it remains unusable.

Have you found a solution to this issue, or did you end up having to buy a new printer?

I had to purchase a new printer as I tried everything and asked a lot of I.T. people and I couldn't find a solution to the problem

Sorry!! but you might have to do the same and buy a new one 😞
