I have a HP desk jet 4258e printer that has a flashing orange icon on the display panel. I printed the information report and all it says a problem has occurred and will be unable to print. I changed the ink as it was low, I have a steady Wi-Fi blue light, no error messages but nothing still. I am not computer savvy but went to some YouTube videos but was not able to follow it. Please give step by step instructions  Thank you

The meaning of the flashing LEDs is described.
Perhaps it is due to a defective cartridge?
Or the printer is too far away from the router?
