Welcome to the HP Community --
There is little enough information provided that a precise answer is impossible.
Relevant to Supported Windows and a Supported HP Printer
In general, if the rest of the output looks OK and the photos embedded in the file are not printing correctly, the result might be due to the quality of the original image used in the document.
Check that the photos are of sufficient density (high enough pixel count) to be printed at the size they are placed in the document.
What?
Tiny photos blown up and printed larger might appear blurred or "pixelated" if the photos are of low quality.
Old photographs that were scanned, saved, and then added to a document might not appear focused or clean.
What else?
All else equal, the printer software used to print the file fully impacts the results.
For example, the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software is a better choice than would be using the basic Windows built-in print driver / IPP Class driver.
What else?
The photo size and method used to emplace the photo into the document makes a difference.
Adjust the Image Size and Quality in Word
If it is only the "one" image that is misbehaving, you likely do not have to change this setting...
Example
Word document > File > Options > Advanced
In Section Image Size and Quality
CHECK / Select Do not compress images in file
and
Select a Default Resolution
For example, 330 ppi or 150 ppi
A lower number creates a less dense image (and slightly reduces overall file size).
