Welcome to HP forums, I see that the font size is large when you print.
From which device are you printing?
How is the printer connected, USB or WiFi?
Reply with the requested information for further assistance.
Cheers.

Hi @Ccosti8252, I am the Mr.Robot. It looks like you were interacting with @sandytechy20, but he is out of the office today, so I'll take over from here.
I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.
As you mentioned when you print from the printer the font size is too large.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
Have you tried printing from a different application does the issue persist?
Are you printing from a browser or application?
If you are trying to print from the Adobe reader, try the steps recommended below.
Try updating the Adobe reader to the latest version. Also, uninstall and reinstall adobe reader.
Try the steps recommended below.
The Print dialog box does not provide an option to change only the font size. You can do any of the following to enlarge the font:
- Scale the entire PDF out to the page margins. See "Manually scale using percentages" in the article Scale or resize printed pages.
- Print a selected portion of the PDF and scale it using Fit to Printable Area. See Print a portion of a page.
- (Acrobat only) To change the font size for a specific page or the entire document, use the Edit Document Text tool (Acrobat X) or TouchUp Text tool (Acrobat 9). To learn more, see Edit text.
Check the document
If a specific document prints garbled or illogical text, or is missing text or graphics, there might be a problem with that document.
-
Make sure that the document is not missing text or graphics, and contains no blank pages. You can use the Print Preview option in the software program (if available) to check the document.
-
Try to print a different document.
-
If this document prints normally, there is likely a problem with the original document.
When you print, use File > Print or Control-P on the resulting window click on Preferences, then on the Effects tab. Select the correct settings.
Start a print job in your browser (using File > Print or ctrl-P, not with a print icon), on the resulting page there should be a setting for the page scaling. Set it to "fit to page" or equivalent.

Also, if the issue persists only when printing from a particular application try to uninstall and reinstall the software from your PC.
If the copy works fine uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
Update the full feature printer software using this link. Click Here
