Hello. 

 

I foolishly thought a printer cartridge didn't look as it should after I put it in.  In doing so, I broke a piece (no idea how to describe it, a small latch maybe?) off of one of the cartridges which have now prevented me from doing anything with the printer except scan.

 

Since there is absolutely no valid or acceptable solution, no authorized repair dealers where I live, and no other chance to ever get this tiny little piece replaced, maybe I should just get a new one.

 

Advice?  Thoughts?
