So, I got this printer not long ago. A month or two. It was working great until I noticed streaks in the blue ink. I did a printhead alignment and two printhead cleanings. The second, more thorough printhead cleaning failed. So I decided to look into doing a printhead cleaning manually, and got the idea to see if I could take the printhead out.
I couldn't figure out how to take the printhead out, but while I was doing that I noticed that there was a weird fuzzy yellow debris on my blue ink printhead. And saw even more on the cartridge itself!
What is this, a fungus? SPIDER EGGS?!! More importantly, what do I do about it?????? My first kickstarter just ended and I have orders to fill!
Edit: HP is refusing to allow my 111kb picture of the cartridge to show on the website for some reason.

@artbysnail, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I have received the picture of the ink cartridge. However, I cannot tell what the substance is.This looks like a hardware issue with the ink cartridge. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
