Product: HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

product is HP Photosmart.  The problem is that the printer turns itself on and prints out this message.   GET/DevMgmt/ProductStatusDyn.xm1.  What is it trying to tell me?  And how can I stop it?
