Hi Kumar - Sorry for the delay in response, I didn't get notification that my message had been replied to. I made a PDF and Word doc copy and it is still doing the same thing. Ink levels on printer say half way. Not sure what 'stand alone' means, I tried to google it and nothing came up.

A standalone copy means to make a copy of a document by placing a document on the scanner glass and clicking on the copy button on the printer screen.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Clean the ink cartridges
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, then touch Setup
.
-
Touch Tools, then touch Clean Cartridges.
Also, Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles. refer to step 13 mentioned in this document.
Align the printer
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.
-
Touch Tools.
-
Swipe up on the display, then touch Align Printer.
-
Lift the scanner lid.
-
Place the alignment page with the print side down on the scanner glass. Position it according to the engraved guides around the glass.
-
Close the scanner lid, then touch OK. The printer aligns the ink cartridges.
-
Try printing.

Hi I could not clean the black ink cartridge manually because the head it was blocked, the head would't move over. it stayed on the right side. I could only clean the color cartridge. I did alignment and clean cartridge otherwise

Mine issue had been fixed by itself, and it happens for the second time already.
I did all the things that HP support suggested, but nothing worked for me.
The next day after the issue it started printing with normal quality
