Printer was working. Got a change cartridge message to replace the 950 black. I did, closed the access door. Authentication was processed. Then suddenly I get the error message of general printer failure/cartridge failure. Unplugged unit, waited 60 sec and re-plugged in., Printer does startup routine but then goes to error message. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Could you please share the picture of the error message or code?
- Have you tried re-installing the new ink cartridges?
Also, try installing the old cartridge to verify new cartridges are not damaged or faulty.
