Following a paper jam i have a persistent error message "general printer error 0x610000f6". Nothing i do seems to help [following HP instructions]. Can anyone suggest anyhting, or do I give up and buy a new printer?

The document shared was with reference to the error code on the printer.
As far as the main rollers are concerned, they cannot be removed. And hence I referred you to our other support options.

Thanks for the response.
The document you referred me to speaks about 'Ink system failures'. is this correct?
The incident followed a paper jam in the main paper feeder rollers, which I think I have cleared - cant see any visible scraps of paper, but acess is difficult. Is it possible to get the mian rollers out to examine them fullly?
