Hi @dtreen713

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If you're encountering the error code 0XB83811B0 on your HP OfficeJet 4650 printer, it often indicates a hardware or firmware issue.

Here are steps you can take to try and resolve the problem, including resetting the printer:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the back and from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet first, then into the printer.
  • Turn the printer on and check if the error persists.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer, as updating can resolve certain errors:

Clear the Printer Queue:

  • Sometimes errors can be related to print jobs stuck in the queue:
    • Open the Control Panel on your computer.
    • Navigate to Devices and Printers.
    • Find your printer, right-click, and select "See what's printing."
    • Cancel all pending print jobs.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the current printer drivers and reinstall them to ensure there are no corrupt files:
    • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
    • Select your printer, then click "Remove device."
    • Download and install the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure that all connections between the printer and the computer are secure and try using different cables if applicable.

These steps should help you reset your printer and hopefully resolve the error you're encountering.
