Product: HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can someone please tell me where i find the setting to switch this off every time i try to print something i get this message and i click OK and it prints but this is a pain when you have to print around 30 times a day or so. Thanks in advance.

I would like to help


Are you trying to perform duplex printing? Since Duplex printing is done only through Tray 2 and Tray 1 is for single sheet printing

 

Also do you have papers in both trays or only in Tray 1?

 

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware and check https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
