I'm getting this error and a blue screen - I've read other posts and tried to unplug and restart after several minutes. This does not change the state of the printer. Any way to do a factor reset - that seems like another option?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I have sent you a private message with the factory reset option.

 

In order to access your private messages, click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link

I have this same issue on the same printer. Please help provide a cure.
