- It started just sudden, when I changed the cartridges. then the error code: 0x61000072 is keep coming.
- And when I switch on the printer, it always says that it has not been shut down properly even If I properly shut it down.
- And at switch on time it automatically extends it's tray and starts show me the error again.
- Please help me to fix this....

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
