@Anil123451, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code 0xb8558e8a on your HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer is a critical firmware or hardware failure code. It typically points to a fatal internal error, often occurring during a print job.
Here are some steps you can try
Hard reset the printer:
>Unplug the power cord from the printer and from the wall outlet.
>Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds (you did this, good).
>Wait at least 10 minutes.
>Plug directly into a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors or extension cords).
>Try turning the printer on.
Try a Different Wall Outlet & Power Cord
- Test another outlet (preferably one you know powers another device).
If these don't work, then the printer likely suffered a hardware failure, possibly on the logic board or power supply, especially since it won’t power on at all after displaying a fatal error code. We suggest you please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.
Kindly follow this link to locate the nearest HP service center: HP® Service Center Locator - India | HP® Support
(Select the country from the dropdown menu and enter the city name or pincode)
I hope this helps.

Thank you.
I tried your suggested steps and it did not work.
I also tried looking for the closest authorized service center but in the usa it only shows one location in Torrance, CA.
I also put my zipcode and it does not show any.
I used this site. https://support.hp.com/in-en/help/service-center
Do you have any service center in Northern California?

hello,
the support here is sending me to send DMs but nobody in the DMs is answering simple questions:
1) Where are the authorized HP service centers for consumer print in USA. On the locator url only 1 place shows up in southern california.
I have asked multiple times in the DMs where are the other locations and nobody has given any answer.
I am in Northern California, so please tell me what locations are here.
2) I was told and given instructions to contact support by phone. To get the number I followed instructions to get to the contact options. However I mentioned in the DMs that the message it shows is " service unavailable at this time"
So what is the phone number to contact?
So it seems HP does not offer any support solutions if warranty has expired and doesnt not want to tell customers this.
It seems only oopption would be to buy a new printer.
