Hi,

 

Our printer, Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw, has ghosting issue. See the image. The distance from start tot stat is about 5,6 cm.

 

What can i do to fix this problem?

57 mm is circumference of the fuser rollers, yours is damaged that is the repetitive marks.

You will need to replace complete fuser ( expensive, but easier)  or fuser roller only ( cheaper but way more complicated)

The price of the new fuser is around 300EUR, refurbished 150 EUR. You need to get duplex fuser for your printer model.
