I'm printing from InDesign, and get a gray background on my pages. I replaced the ink cartridges, cleaned the printer, and it comes out with a white background. I print my InDesign page, and it still comes out with a 4-color gray background. HELP, PLEASE!

Hello @DBooth,
Thanks for showing your interest in the HP Forums! I see that you are having issues when only printing from In Design. The background prints with 4 colors of gray. I would like to help you.
I am not familiar with this Third Party Software, but I did come across the following information to check these settings to see if they might help:
Go to Print, Colour Management, Simulate Paper Colour and uncheck it.
Make sure the printer isn't set to proof.
If you have further issues, please contact the Manufacturer of the software.
Let me know if those steps worked for you. You can select the "Accept as Solution" and the "Thumbs Up" buttons, that’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers! Good Luck!
