MY INKJET 3630 WILL NOT MOVE CARRIAGE ON PRINTER TO ENABLE ME TO CHANGE INK CARTRIDGES SO EVIDENTLY WILL NOT PRINT OR SCAN A DOCUMENT CANNOT SEE OR FIND ANY OBSTRUCTION AFFECTING THE PRINTER - CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME i AM AT A LOSS WHAT TO DO

I noticed your post that your HP 3630 printer will not move the ink carriage. I am happy to help!
