HP Recommended

Hi, I just returned from a trip and my HL-L3290CDW will not power up. I unplugged it and tried another outlet and still no luck. I tried unplugging it and waiting several minutes and that did not help either.

 

quick reference note. Before I left, I couldn’t get it to print via the USB cable which I thought was odd but assumed it was an issue with a document stuck in the print que. I’m not sure if this is related or not but I thought I would mention it.

 

Also, we had a ton of rain storms and some power outages so not sure if a power surge tripped an internal breaker and if so, can that be reset somehow?

 

if it is totally fried, so be it, but I would like to verify it before I buy any parts or a new printer.
